We develop the world’s first air intake filter for the automotive industry.
1981
Dollinger continue to build on this success and establish a base in Ireland.
We are now a leader in process filtration technology, serving a diverse
1982
Dollinger are acquired by American Filtrona Corporate (AFC).
1984
AFC consolidates its Filtration Group, comprising Dollinger Corporation and Technolab Incorporated.
1994
Dollinger Corporation are acquired by Flair Corporation.
2001
Flair Corporation is acquired by SPX Corporation.
2015
SPX Corporation spins off its fluid and filtration system product lines – of which Dollinger forms a part – into a new company named SPX FLOW.
2020
Celeros Flow Technology
Dollinger are one of eight brands from the SPX FLOW Power & Energy Division to become Celeros Flow Technology.
